What Types of Bearings Does FODA Manufacture?

FODA produces deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings and spherical roller bearings. Our Shandong plant focuses on standard ISO P0/P6 grades, while the Hebei plant manufactures high-precision ISO P5/P4 grades.

Can You Produce Custom and Non-Standard Bearings?

Yes. We manufacture custom and non-standard bearings to customer drawings, samples or performance requirements, including custom cylindrical roller and angular contact bearings at our Hebei precision plant.

What Is the Lead Time for Bearing Orders?

Standard bearings are in stock and can be delivered at any time. Custom bearings typically ship within no more than 90 days.

Do You Have an In-House Bearing Quality Control Laboratory?

Yes. Our Hebei plant operates an on-site laboratory equipped with roundness testers, roughness testers, metallographic analyzers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and runout testers.

Can You Perform Bearing Life Testing?

Yes. We can perform bearing life tests according to customer load, speed and operating conditions to verify bearing durability and reliability.

Do You Provide OEM Bearing Manufacturing Services?

Yes. FODA is an OEM supplier for several well-known bearing brands, especially deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings. Our stable capacity and quality help these brands reduce costs and gain a more competitive advantage.

Is Bearing Production Fully Traceable?

Yes. Both our Shandong and Hebei plants operate full-process traceability systems, supported by stable engineering teams and structured employee training.

Can Customers Visit Your Bearing Manufacturing Factory?

Yes, customers are welcome to visit our production workshops. Since July 1, 2026, the Hebei plant has suspended on-site visits to protect customer design rights and privacy. Production can still be viewed on the workshop screen.
