Description
Product Introduction
The YRTM325 slewing bearing is a high-precision, combined roller-structure rotary table bearing with an inner diameter of 325 mm, outer diameter of 450 mm, height of 60 mm, and approximate weight of 25 kg. Made from premium bearing steel (GCr15 or GCr15SiMn), it offers excellent strength, rigidity, and wear resistance. Designed to handle axial, radial, and tilting moment loads simultaneously, it provides an axial load rating of about 275 kN, radial load of 120 kN, and moment load of 345 kN, with a low friction torque of around 40 N·m. Available in precision class P4 or higher, the YRTM325 ensures smooth operation and accurate positioning. The outer ring is equipped with standard mounting holes (e.g., M12) for easy installation and alignment, making it widely suitable for precision rotary tables, CNC machines, automation systems, and measuring platforms.
Product Advantages
The YRTM325 bearing provides exceptional rigidity, multi-directional load capacity, and outstanding rotational precision. Its compact roller arrangement ensures uniform load distribution, enhancing overall stiffness and stability. Advanced heat treatment and precision grinding technologies enable low friction and minimal noise during high-load, long-term operation. The high-accuracy design minimizes rotational error, ensuring superior positioning and repeatability. Additionally, standardized mounting interfaces simplify installation and maintenance, while various lubrication, sealing, and precision options are available upon request.
Product Applications
The YRTM325 slewing bearing is widely used in equipment requiring high rigidity and precise rotational support, such as CNC rotary tables, precision indexing tables, industrial robots, automated production lines, measuring and inspection systems, packaging and printing machinery, and semiconductor manufacturing tools. It provides stable and reliable support for rotary positioning mechanisms, maintaining accuracy under high-speed or heavy-load conditions. The YRTM325 is also commonly applied in aerospace, radar antenna systems, and optical inspection platforms, where consistent high-precision rotation is essential.
