Precise & Stable Operation:Manufactured to P6 class precision, the coaxiality error between the inner and outer rings is ≤0.015mm. The rollers and raceways have high fit accuracy, with a vibration velocity of ≤6.3mm/s and noise controlled below 65dB during operation, ensuring stable equipment operation.

Flexible Adaptability:Supports two types of structures: open type and double-sided contact seal. The open type is suitable for high-temperature and high-speed scenarios (e.g., industrial gearboxes), while the sealed type can prevent dust and oil contamination (e.g., construction machinery wheel hubs), meeting different working condition requirements.

Easy Installation & Maintenance:The inner ring can be separated from the roller assembly. During installation, there is no need to disassemble the entire equipment; only the inner or outer ring needs to be assembled separately, reducing maintenance difficulty and saving downtime.

 

Application Fields
