Automotive Clutch Bearing

1. High precision: Ensure stability and reliability under high-speed rotation and frequent clutch operation.
2. High wear resistance: able to withstand long-term friction and wear.
3. Good heat resistance: it can still maintain normal working performance under high temperature environment.
4. Low noise: Reduce the noise generated during operation.

1. Push clutch bearing: clutch operation is achieved by pushing the clutch pressure plate.
2. Pull clutch bearing: clutch action is performed by pulling the clutch pressure plate.

1. Inner diameter, outer diameter and width dimensions vary according to different vehicle types and application requirements.
2. Rated load: including dynamic load and static load, determines the bearing capacity.
3. Limit speed: indicates the highest speed at which the bearing can operate safely.

When the driver presses down on the clutch pedal, the force is transferred to the clutch bearing through the control mechanism. The clutch bearing pushes or pulls the clutch pressure disc, separating the disc from the flywheel and interrupting the transmission of engine power to the transmission. When the clutch pedal is released, the clutch bearing is reset, and the pressure disc is re-combined with the flywheel under the action of the spring force to restore the power transmission.

It is mainly used in the clutch system of all kinds of vehicles, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, etc. Ensure that the car smoothly connects and disconnects power during starting, shifting and stopping operations.
